Kevin Osborne

Kevin joined the Hastings Group in November 1996.  Starting off his career as a commis chef in the Europa Hotel, Kevin gained in valuable experience & skills over the years and progressed in his career within the Europa Hotel.

He was promoted to Head Chef of the Causerie Restaurant, where he cooked for many celebrities including Hilary Clinton, Katie Perry, Bruno Mars and he had the privilege of catering  for the MTV Music Awards after Party and the Cast of Game of Thrones.

In 2014 Kevin was offered an exciting opportunity of promotion to Executive Head Chef at the recently renovated Hastings Ballygally Castle Hotel.  In this new role Kevin manages a very busy Kitchen catering for tourists, Wedding Receptions, Banquets and offering specialised menus including the themed Game of Thrones Afternoon Tea & Banquet Dinners.
